We are involved in a project whose main objective is to create and maintain the software system that integrates various data sources into a cohesive stream of metadata, enabling multiple stakeholders to access vehicle configurations that are calculated in real-time. This system is part of the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) process and lays a solid foundation for Open Konfigurator API (OKAPI) that provides access to the Volkswagen AG product data such as emission and consumption data.

Using big data analytics provided by our data engineers on the ocean of data, the customer received guidance on how to optimise the driveshaft balancing process to significantly reduce the scrap rate.

We built and integrated a CPQ MES that allowed to handle highly customized, big-scale manufacturing processes. Our solution enables the company to efficiently manage production orders from start to finish, using dynamically created recipes based on order parameters, saving both time and money.

The client received a highly available and reliable cloud-based solution for all land, air, and sea transport routes. We build the platform to collect, process, and present GPS signals from containers.

Our software company digitized and streamlined production scheduling for manufacturing clients, replacing cumbersome paper-based methods. We integrated data to eliminate redundant reporting, improved access to historical batch information, and simplified the creation of monthly and yearly summaries, saving significant time and effort. We provided the client with a comprehensive manufacturing management system featuring an active EDI link to their main customers. Additionally, we integrated the Manufacturing Execution System with their internal ERP, automating data flow between locations.
